What does Copilot give students?
Copilot Student is free for verified students. It includes unlimited code completions, an allowance of GitHub AI Credits, and limited chat and agent usage. Compare that with Copilot Free, which is capped at 2,000 completions per month.
The limits matter if you plan to lean on agents. Models on Copilot Student are available through auto model selection only, so you cannot pick a specific model. Agents exclude third-party agents.
