Affinity pricing starts at $2,000 per user per year for Essential, with higher annual rates for Scale and Advanced and custom pricing for Enterprise. We at AI Perks looked at Affinity and chose Round Funded to raise our round.

What does Affinity pricing include?

Affinity lists three set-price plans and one custom-priced option. Its plans are priced per user per year and billed annually. The company describes its product as an AI-first private capital CRM, with features for relationship intelligence and deal workflows.

Affinity planListed priceFeatures described by Affinity
Essential$2,000 per user per yearActivity capture, relationship insights and deal pipeline management
Scale$2,300 per user per yearEssential features, plus analytics, extensions and an MCP server
Advanced$2,700 per user per yearScale features, plus meeting intelligence and expanded email capabilities
EnterpriseCustomAdvanced features, plus governance, API access and dedicated support

Affinity says every plan includes relationship intelligence, the data layer used to support AI answers, and regular product releases at no extra cost. It also says AI capabilities begin with Essential, and there is no separate add-on fee for AI at any tier.

What are the features in each Affinity plan?

Essential is positioned for firms establishing their network and deal pipeline. Affinity says it includes automated capture of email and calendar activity, relationship scoring and strength indicators, historical interaction context, deal pipeline management, and access to Affinity Labs.

Scale adds capabilities to the Essential package. These include an MCP server, analytics for deal velocity and conversion, Chrome and email extensions for deal sourcing, and more relationship intelligence mapping. Affinity says Ascend agents and its hosted MCP server are included from Scale upward without a separate agent fee.

Advanced includes Scale features, as well as AI-powered meeting intelligence and Notetaker, scaled email communication and tracking, Company Growth Insights, and third-party enrichment used by its AI.

Enterprise is described as a plan for established firms with multiple funds or complex workflows. Affinity says it includes everything in Advanced, along with enterprise-grade single sign-on, custom data governance frameworks, full API Suite access for integration, and dedicated support and implementation. The company also says Enterprise firms can share relationship intelligence and deal data with portfolio companies, co-investors and limited partners.

What can change the cost of Affinity?

The listed prices are annual costs per user, not monthly rates. A firm’s total therefore depends on both its selected tier and the number of users. Affinity does not provide a single total price for a firm in the listed plan information, and Enterprise pricing is custom.

Affinity says that custom data retention is available as an Enterprise add-on, but does not list a price for it. For agents used through an external assistant, the external provider may charge for its own usage. That is separate from Affinity’s statement that its plans do not charge an additional AI add-on fee.

Founders comparing software should keep the billing structure in view. Affinity’s published tiers use annual per-user pricing, while Round Funded lists monthly subscriptions as well as a one-time option. We at AI Perks chose Round Funded for our fundraising workflow.

What should founders look for in fundraising software?

A private capital CRM and a founder’s fundraising process can both involve contacts and pipeline stages, but the stated purposes are different. Affinity describes its product around relationship intelligence and deal flow, including relationship scoring, interaction history and deal pipeline management.

For a startup raising a round, the work can also include finding investors, preparing outreach, tracking next steps and sharing materials. Round Funded helps founders find investors, send pitches and track replies. Its investor database covers 60,000+ active VCs, angels, family offices and accelerators, searchable by stage, industry, geography and check size. Investors are filtered for recent activity, with a check in roughly the last 6 months, and emails are verified.

Round Funded’s AI drafts a personalized outreach email and follow-ups for each investor. Messages go out through the founder’s own Gmail, so replies land in the founder’s inbox and the conversation thread belongs to the founder. The fundraising pipeline keeps investors, stages and next steps together, and teammates can be invited into the startup workspace.

We chose Round Funded because of its clean investor database, AI email-writing agent, convenient interface, teammate access, Data Room and tracking links. The Data Room lets founders share a deck, traction, team and ask through one link. It is free to build and share on every plan; per-investor tracked links and engagement analytics are included with Round+.
