Free AI Perks Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

Welcome to the Free AI Perks Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to promote our subscription-based information service in exchange for commission payments as outlined in these terms.

Commission Structure:

  • 20% one-time commission on every product sale from referred customers (subscription plans and one-time services)
  • Commission paid monthly for all sales completed in the previous month
  • Simple and straightforward - one commission per sale

What We Offer:

  • Access to curated database of 200+ AI perks and credits information
  • Pro Plan pricing: $99.99/month - Commission: 20% of $99.99 = $19.998 per sale
  • Premium Plan pricing: $499/month - Commission: 20% of $499 = $99.80 per sale
  • Suggest a Perk service: $599 one-time - Commission: 20% of $599 = $119.80 per sale
  • Auto Application service: $3,999 one-time - Commission: 20% of $3,999 = $799.80 per sale

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Free AI Perks Affiliate Program, you must:

  1. Be 18+ years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  2. Operate a legitimate website, social media account, or marketing channel with genuine audience
  3. Comply with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure requirements and GDPR
  4. Not engage in prohibited practices as outlined in Section 6 below
  5. Maintain good standing with no history of fraudulent activity or chargebacks

Free AI Perks reserves the right to reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

Commission Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

  • Monthly Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly, typically within 15 business days after month-end
  • Minimum Payout: $50 USD minimum balance required for payout
  • Payment Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods as available through our affiliate platform
  • Currency: All commissions paid in USD

Commission Calculation

  • One-Time Commission: You earn 20% on every successful sale from your referred customers (subscription plans or one-time services)
  • Per Sale: Each purchase generates one commission payment
  • Commission Rates:
    • Pro Plan: 20% of $99.99 = $19.998 per sale
    • Premium Plan: 20% of $499 = $99.80 per sale
    • Suggest a Perk service: 20% of $599 = $119.80 per sale
    • Auto Application service: 20% of $3,999 = $799.80 per sale
  • Accumulation: Commissions accumulate throughout the month and are paid monthly

Example - Single Sale (Pro Plan):

  • Customer purchases Pro Plan at $99.99/month via your affiliate link
  • You earn $19.998 commission (20% of $99.99) for that sale
  • Commission is included in your next monthly payout

Example - Single Sale (Premium Plan):

  • Customer purchases Premium Plan at $499/month via your affiliate link
  • You earn $99.80 commission (20% of $499) for that sale
  • Commission is included in your next monthly payout

Example - Single Sale (Suggest a Perk):

  • Customer purchases Suggest a Perk service at $599 via your affiliate link
  • You earn $119.80 commission (20% of $599) for that sale
  • Commission is included in your next monthly payout

Example - Single Sale (Auto Application):

  • Customer purchases Auto Application service at $3,999 via your affiliate link
  • You earn $799.80 commission (20% of $3,999) for that sale
  • Commission is included in your next monthly payout

Example - Multiple Sales (Mixed Products):

  • You sell 5 Premium Plans in one month: 5 × $499 = $2,495 in sales
  • 20% Commission: $2,495 × 0.20 = $499
  • Total Earnings: $499

Chargeback and Refund Policy

Chargeback Clawback Provision

CRITICAL: If a referred customer initiates a chargeback or refund, all commissions paid on that customer's account will be reversed immediately.

Specifically:

  1. Chargeback Initiated: If customer files chargeback with their bank/credit card company

    • All commissions previously paid for that customer are immediately reversed
    • Reversal amount deducted from your next commission payout
    • If insufficient balance, you may owe Free AI Perks the negative balance

  2. Refund Issued: If we issue a refund to customer for any reason

    • The commission paid for that customer's purchase is reversed
    • Full commission amount is reversed (no proration for one-time commissions)

  3. Negative Balance: If commission reversals exceed your current balance

    • Your affiliate account will show negative balance
    • Future commissions will first offset the negative balance before new payouts
    • Free AI Perks reserves the right to suspend affiliate account until balance resolved

Example Scenario:

  • Customer purchases Premium Plan via your link on January 1st ($499 sale)
  • You earn $99.80 commission (20% of $499) in January (paid in February)
  • Customer files chargeback on February 15th
  • Result: $99.80 commission reversed from your February payout

Alternative Example Scenario (Pro Plan):

  • Customer purchases Pro Plan via your link on January 1st ($99.99 sale)
  • You earn $19.998 commission (20% of $99.99) in January (paid in February)
  • Customer files chargeback on February 15th
  • Result: $19.998 commission reversed from your February payout

Alternative Example Scenario (Suggest a Perk):

  • Customer purchases Suggest a Perk service via your link on January 1st ($599 sale)
  • You earn $119.80 commission (20% of $599) in January (paid in February)
  • Customer files chargeback on February 15th
  • Result: $119.80 commission reversed from your February payout

Alternative Example Scenario (Auto Application):

  • Customer purchases Auto Application service via your link on January 1st ($3,999 sale)
  • You earn $799.80 commission (20% of $3,999) in January (paid in February)
  • Customer files chargeback on February 15th
  • Result: $799.80 commission reversed from your February payout

Fraud Prevention

Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Referrals

Any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

  1. Self-Referrals: Creating accounts using your own affiliate link
  2. Fake Referrals: Using stolen credit cards, prepaid cards, or fraudulent payment methods
  3. Cookie Stuffing: Artificially triggering affiliate cookies without user action
  4. Incentivized Signups: Paying or incentivizing users to sign up only to cancel later
  5. Coordinated Fraud: Working with customers to generate commissions then chargeback

Consequences:

  • Immediate termination of affiliate account
  • Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions
  • Reversal of all paid commissions (you may owe Free AI Perks)
  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent amounts exceeding $500

Affiliate Tracking and Attribution

Cookie-Based Tracking

  • Cookie Duration: 30-day attribution window
  • Last-Click Attribution: Last affiliate link clicked before purchase receives commission
  • Tracking Technology: Managed through our affiliate platform (Tolt or equivalent)

Attribution Rules

  1. First Visit: Customer clicks your affiliate link → 30-day cookie set
  2. Purchase Window: If customer purchases within 30 days, you receive attribution
  3. Override: If customer clicks another affiliate's link within 30 days, new affiliate receives attribution (last-click wins)
  4. Direct Traffic: If customer returns via direct traffic (no affiliate link) within 30 days of your link click, you still receive attribution

Note: Self-referrals are prohibited. Using your own affiliate link to purchase is grounds for immediate termination.

Prohibited Affiliate Practices

Absolutely Prohibited

Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate termination without payout:

  1. Trademark Bidding: Bidding on "Free AI Perks", "AI Perks", or our brand keywords in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
  2. Brand Impersonation: Representing yourself as Free AI Perks or claiming official partnership without written authorization
  3. Misleading Claims: Making false promises about service (e.g., "Get $50,000 in free AI credits guaranteed")
  4. Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, SMS, or messages promoting Free AI Perks
  5. Adult/Illegal Content: Promoting Free AI Perks on adult content sites, gambling sites, or illegal content platforms
  6. Misleading Redirects: Using URL shorteners that hide affiliate links or redirect deceptively
  7. Coupon/Discount Sites: Posting fake coupon codes or unauthorized discount offers
  8. Comparison Deception: Creating fake "comparison" sites that dishonestly favor Free AI Perks
  9. Negative SEO: Attacking competitors to promote Free AI Perks

Required Disclosures

FTC Compliance: You MUST disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously

  • Compliant Example: "This post contains affiliate links. If you subscribe via my link, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you."
  • Non-Compliant: Hiding affiliate relationship or using vague language like "I found this cool tool"

GDPR Compliance: If promoting to EU audiences, ensure cookie consent mechanisms comply with GDPR

Intellectual Property

License Grant

Free AI Perks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Use our company name "Free AI Perks" in promotional materials
  • Use approved marketing materials, logos, and banners we provide
  • Link to our website using approved affiliate links

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Modify our logos, branding, or marketing materials
  • Create derivative works using our intellectual property
  • Register domain names containing "Free AI Perks" or similar variations
  • Use our trademarks in social media handles without written permission (e.g., @FreeAIPerksDeals)

Takedown Rights

Free AI Perks reserves the right to request immediate removal of any promotional content that:

  • Violates these terms
  • Misrepresents our service
  • Damages our brand reputation
  • Contains inaccurate information

Failure to comply with takedown requests within 48 hours may result in immediate termination.

Account Termination

Termination by Free AI Perks

We may terminate your affiliate account immediately for:

  1. Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Affiliate Terms & Conditions
  2. Fraudulent Activity: Suspected or confirmed fraud, fake referrals, or abuse
  3. Excessive Chargebacks: Referral chargeback rate exceeding 5%
  4. Legal Issues: Legal complaints, trademark violations, or regulatory violations
  5. Reputation Damage: Activities that damage Free AI Perks brand or reputation
  6. Inactivity: No referrals generated for 12+ consecutive months (at our discretion)

Termination by Affiliate

You may terminate your participation at any time by:

  • Closing your affiliate account through the affiliate platform
  • Sending written notice to team@getaiperks.com

Upon Termination:

  • Commissions earned before termination date will be paid according to normal schedule (if balance exceeds $50 minimum)
  • Unpaid commissions below $50 minimum threshold are forfeited
  • All affiliate links will be deactivated
  • You must immediately cease all promotional activities
  • License to use our branding and materials is immediately revoked

Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability

Free AI Perks' total liability to you for any claims arising from this affiliate relationship shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

No Indirect Damages

Free AI Perks shall NOT be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue (other than unpaid commissions)
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Damage to reputation
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages arising from account suspension or termination

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free AI Perks from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  1. Your violation of these Affiliate Terms & Conditions
  2. Your violation of any laws or regulations (FTC, GDPR, etc.)
  3. Your promotional content or marketing activities
  4. Fraudulent referrals or chargebacks linked to your account
  5. Intellectual property violations in your promotional materials

Modifications to Program Terms

Right to Modify

Free AI Perks reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Commission rates and structure
  • Payment terms and schedules
  • Prohibited practices
  • Eligibility requirements

Notification of Changes

  • Minor Changes: Typos, clarifications, formatting → No notification required
  • Material Changes: Commission rate changes, payment terms changes → Email notification to active affiliates

Acceptance of Changes

Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must terminate your affiliate account.

Effective Date of Changes: Changes become effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise specified.

Tax Responsibilities

Affiliate Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to affiliate commissions.

  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Free AI Perks
  • Tax Forms: You may be required to complete W-9 (US affiliates) or W-8BEN (international affiliates)
  • 1099 Reporting: US affiliates earning $600+ per year will receive Form 1099-NEC
  • Self-Employment Tax: You are responsible for self-employment taxes on commission income
  • International Taxes: International affiliates responsible for VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of other affiliates violating these terms, please report to team@getaiperks.com with subject line "Affiliate Violation Report".

Agreement Acceptance

By joining the Free AI Perks Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

You specifically acknowledge and agree to:

  1. 20% one-time commission structure on all product sales (Pro Plan $99.99, Premium Plan $499, Suggest a Perk $599, Auto Application $3,999) with monthly payouts
  2. Chargeback clawback provision - commissions reversed if customer chargebacks/refunds
  3. Zero tolerance for fraud - fake referrals result in immediate termination
  4. Prohibited practices - no trademark bidding, spam, or misleading claims
  5. FTC disclosure requirements - must disclose affiliate relationship
  6. Termination rights - Free AI Perks may terminate your account at any time for violations
  7. Tax responsibilities - you are responsible for all tax obligations
  8. No guaranteed earnings - affiliate commissions depend on your marketing efforts
