Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by Polar.sh ("Polar"), which serves as Merchant of Record. Polar handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT collection. Payment infrastructure is provided by Stripe.
For EU/EEA/UK customers: the operator is a professional service provider ("trader") for purposes of consumer protection laws.
3. Definitions
- "Content" means the databases, listings, text, guides, instructions, and other materials made available through the Service.
- "Third‑Party Providers" means the companies and providers whose perks/credits/programs may be referenced in the Content.
- "Subscription" means the paid plan that provides access to the Service for a billing period.
4. What the Service is (and is not)
4.1 Information access — not credits
The Service provides access to information (links, guides, eligibility hints, and curated listings) about offers that may be available from Third‑Party Providers.
We do not provide, issue, resell, guarantee, or distribute credits. Any credits, perks, discounts, or benefits are offered (if at all) by Third‑Party Providers under their own terms.

We do not guarantee that you will obtain any third‑party credits or perks. Outcomes vary based on Third‑Party Provider requirements and decisions.
4.3 Third‑Party Providers control availability and terms
Third‑Party Providers control (and may change at any time):
- whether an offer exists or continues,
- whether an application form, link, or action flow (for example, a “Continue” button) exists or is accessible,
- eligibility and verification requirements,
- approval/denial and timelines,
- amounts and usage rules,
- offer changes, suspensions, and termination.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Third‑Party Provider terms.
4.4 Links, action flows (for example, “Continue”), and updates
Because the Service references Third‑Party Provider sites and programs, links or application flows may sometimes be missing, broken, moved, gated behind logins, or otherwise inaccessible (for example, a provider may remove or change an application page).
We regularly review and update our Content, but we do not guarantee that every listing, link, or application path is always current in real time. You acknowledge that you use Third‑Party Provider links and services at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third‑party access issues or changes.
5. Eligibility and account responsibility

6.1 Billing and authorization
Pricing, billing cadence (monthly/annual), and taxes are shown at checkout. By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Polar (as Merchant of Record) to charge your payment method for the initial purchase and, if applicable, renewals.
6.2 Automatic renewal
Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date/time.
6.3 How to cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- Self‑serve via your account settings and/or the subscription management link provided in your purchase/renewal emails (Polar customer portal), or
- Email fallback by emailing team@getaiperks.com from the email address on your account.
Cancel before renewal to avoid charges. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period and the Subscription will not renew.
6.4 Price changes
If we change pricing, we will provide advance notice where required (typically by email). New prices apply at your next renewal after notice unless prohibited by law. You may cancel before a price change takes effect.
6.5 Payment failures
If payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may suspend access until payment is successfully processed.
6.6 One‑time purchases / “Lifetime” access (if offered)
From time to time, we may offer a one‑time purchase (including an offer described as “lifetime” access). If offered, the details shown at checkout control.
- No auto‑renew: One‑time purchases do not renew automatically.
- What “lifetime” means: “Lifetime” means access for as long as the Service (or the relevant paid tier/feature set) is made available and operated by us, not for your lifetime.
- Scope: Your access and included features are the ones described at checkout for that one‑time purchase.
- Still subject to these Terms: One‑time purchases are still subject to these Terms (including acceptable use and anti‑scraping restrictions).
6.7 Automatic renewal law disclosures
We disclose material subscription terms (including pricing, renewal frequency, that the Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled, and how to cancel) before purchase and in accordance with applicable automatic renewal laws, including the U.S. Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA) and California Business and Professions Code §17600 et seq., where applicable.
7. Digital content delivery, refunds, and EU/EEA/UK withdrawal waiver

15.2 Bank/card disputes (chargebacks)
Bank/card disputes are handled by your bank/card issuer and payment processors. A dispute is not the same as a refund request under our Refund Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect (for example, duplicate charge or access not delivered), contacting support first often resolves the issue faster than a bank dispute.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
